SECURE NETWORKS holds all intellectual property rights in any invention or composition that is created during the course of executing this Agreement. If Client violates any of its obligations under the Agreement, or if the breach cannot be cured and the parties cannot agree, they will renegotiate the terms of service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SECURE NETWORKS will provide the Services during its normal business hours at SECURE NETWORKS current service rates. Each Client is deemed accepting and agreeing to the amended Policy upon posting.
